- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Exchange Process:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement
- If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
- If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items:

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
